Vincent, the baker, and Luc, the pastry chef, have joined forces in this traditional baking adventure. Regional raw materials, no additives, no colorants, no preservatives, slow kneading and long fermentation to bring out the flavors, perfect baking... Everything is done to make brioches that taste great. On the menu: pognes de Romans, suisses, nanterres, saint-genis, mounas, but also brioche drômoise, without orange blossom, golden to perfection, soft and generous, and an organic range. Delicious!

Nous avons acheté une pogne à la fête de la pogne à romans. Nous ne sommes pas de la région.elle est délicieuse, et donc jai voulu retrouvé le produit sur votre site pour en ramener à mes collègues de boulot car je n'ai pas pu retourner à la fête .triste nouvelle le produit est disponible que pour les professionnels et il n'est pas indiqué dans quel magasin où retrouvé le produit. (Une Carte interactive avec les points d'accès au produit aurait été bien)

Dommage de vendre sur place les produits plus chères que dans les supermarchés... Après on nous dit de consommer Local .... Breff je ne reviendrai plus.

Pogne achetée "par hasard " hier au Carrefour Market de Pierrelatte.. quel délice.. il y a longtemps que je n'avais mangé brioche aussi parfaite... j'en offrirai !
