Restaurant located in an old village house at the corner of the main street offering sheep yogurt with fresh herbs as a starter.
Our favorite! A local address, part bar, part hotel, part restaurant, part caterer. Le Bistroquet is located in an old village house on the main street. You can eat in the dining room or on the small terrace overlooking the wash house, with the Vercors cliffs in the background. The chef works with local produce: artisanal ravioles from Montlaur-en-Diois with walnut crumble, lemon and morel mushrooms; lamb mice confit with spices, grilled Archiane trout with preserved lemon marmalade, tajines, etc. Delicious sheep's yogurt with fresh herbs.

Salade dauphinoise composée de 2 ou 3 variétés de salade un peu défraichie, quelques graines de céréales et noix et un petit fromage de chèvre frais mais sans raviole, le tout pour 16,90 E , cela me semble un peu cher . Que ce resto soit dans le guide du petit futé m'interpelle.
