Châteauneuf-de-Galaure is known as the birthplace of the mystic Marthe Robin, founder of the Foyers de Charité. Many Catholics go there on pilgrimage. Marthe Robin (1902-1981), a leading Christian figure in the village, became - through her devotion to Christ - one of the central figures of the spiritual renewal of the Church. Here, you are welcomed free of charge and freely to discover the house where she lived, as well as its history. Even if the visit is short, it is still interesting.
