Founder of the Blog Beauregard's cuisine is based on a unique niche in the corner: organic vegetarian cooking courses and workshops without gluten and dairy products! Every session lasts on average 3 hours, and you must bring a few sealed boxes to the house if you want to bring our dishes back home. The courses are either thematic or organized around the preparation of a complete meal (entrance, dish and dessert). We learn to realise and use vegetable milk, vary breakfast, revisit traditional desserts, make its own cheeses without milk etc. Clothilde also regularly hosts culinary workshops in Valencia at the Whole store and Come and Cook.
