Family-run farm run by Valérie, Thierry and their son Jérémie, a young farmer who has set up at the Les Thureaux farm in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Besbre. They produce free-range Charolais cattle and poultry from the surrounding meadows. They are fed with cereals grown on the farm and slaughtered on site in the veterinary-approved CE abattoir. Chickens, guinea fowl, hens and roosters ready to cook, all year round. For the festive season, poulardes, capons, guinea fowl capons and turkeys are also ready to cook.
