A well-balanced meal for a dozen euros - that's the principle behind this generous table. This community restaurant is run by a group of volunteers. On the menu that day: carrot, orange and feta salad; then roast chicken, garlic and spinach; for dessert, apple, chestnut and salted butter caramel verrines... L'Élabo is not just about solidarity, it's also eco-friendly. By recycling unsold food from the neighboring supermarket and a few food donations, the chefs concoct around thirty meals per shift. Concerts on certain evenings, a "coinche" evening and other entertainment.
