The Auberge du Kirchberg boasts a charming ambience in a cosy, rustic dining room, with exposed beams and half-timbering, beautifully laid Alsatian-style tables and a wood-burning stove in winter. Here, you can enjoy delicious tarts flambées made with passion, and other Alsatian specialties such as the famous choucroute garnie. Suggestions added to the menu vary with the seasons and the chef's whims. With a reservation and for several people, try the baeckehoffe: it's delicious here! This is a fine address at fair prices.

La pâte à tarte est excellente, les garnitures sont issues de producteurs locaux, les fromages sont excellents et eux aussi en filière courte.
Le rapport qualité prix pour les tartes flambées est génial. Bien moins cher et meilleur que d'autres restaurants dans le secteur.
Donc si tu veux manger une vraie tarte flambée, c'est ici qu'il faut la manger.
L'hospitalité, c'est autre chose.
