The railway track, carved into the cliffside, offers an incomparable spectacle on the Gorge du Doux inaccessible otherwise than by train. Built in five years of construction (1886-1891), using pickaxes and black powder in the granite, this line is today the only one in the Ardèche department open to travellers! Crossing bridges, viaducts and tunnels, the steam locomotive, a real living museum, takes you to discover the wild landscapes of a remarkable Sensitive Natural Space. Amazement guaranteed!

Train à vapeur touristique qui vous emmène jusqu'à Lamastre. Beau paysage des gorges de l'Ardèche.. Boutique et grand parking au depart à Saint Jean de Muzol. Accueil froid le temps de payer et valider les tickets. Sans plus. Mais une journée entre amis et profiter du paysage, manger dans un Resto à Lamastre et se promener un peu jusqu'au retour c'est sympa.
