It would be wrong to look for a forest of chestnut trees around this facility, but we will find in close proximity - to the truth - a large factory made of chestnut cream. After finding a place on the closed parking, you will discover a large, modern and air-conditioned building where the table is elegantly prepared. The ardéchoise cuisine is in honour with menus that like to remind us of the delicious flavors of our land and many more. Hot goat salad to walnut kernels, sauté biche, grilled burbot sauce, to finish on a ardéchoise cut. If weather permits, the terrace, large and shaded, will be recommended with its beautiful swimming pool. As far as the rooms are concerned, they have the advantage of being equipped with air conditioning and having all the comforts - satellite TV, Canal +, Wi-Fi Internet… - to accommodate both business and family.
Le restaurant propose des menus pour toutes les bourses et le menu de la saison est une merveilleuse découverte. Bravo au chef.
(sauf le sol). Une salle de bain plus que vintage et en plus.... Moisissure au plafond de la douche ( pas acceptable pour un hôtel). Je confirme l'odeur forte de javel peut être pour masquer odeur moisissure..... en revanche, literie très confortable. Le personnel très aimable. Chambre prise en charge par l'employeur mais le tarif est excessif zu regard des prestations proposées. Le tarif à appliquer pour cette chambre ne devrait pas dépasser les 30 euros. ( sans moisissure)
