With a terrace overlooking the market square and a sunny, tastefully decorated veranda, Café du Midi offers inventive, hearty regional cuisine. Service is attentive, and the open kitchen lets you peek into the preparation of dishes if you're curious. One original feature: the restaurant doesn't take reservations, but if you don't arrive in the middle of a boom, we should be able to find a place for you. A stroll through the Vans is well worth a visit. Special mention for the roast camembert and quiches of the day.
