Tomas Deluzet, farmer-restaurateur, will delight you with his "assiette du jardin" based on products from his farm, cooked on site. It's a true producer-to-plate configuration! Vegetables are picked in the morning and served at lunchtime. It's hard to imagine a shorter circuit! For example, we loved the grated beet, the cucumber tzatziki, the home fries, the zucchini carpaccio... Everything is organic, including the meat.
