Here you find all the handmade know-how in the charcuterie of ardéchoise mountain transmitted from generation to generation: sausages, refined cured hams, dried meat flavored with juniper, ham-flavoured ham, verrines, jars and preserves… Also a butchery with the famous Fin Gras du Mezenc in season.
