L'Atelier de Luce is a place dedicated to painting located in Labatie-d'Andaure. Luce, a self-taught artist, has devoted much of her life to learning and practicing drawing and painting. She has explored various techniques, including charcoal, Indian ink, watercolor, painting on silk, wood, acrylic and oil on canvas. Inspired by nature and horses, Luce has held numerous exhibitions on this theme in and around Roanne. Her work was awarded a bronze medal at the Saint Chamond Art and Culture forum. Since 2011, Luce has returned to her brushes and offers figurative painting workshops. Her realistic style transports us to faraway lands or country lanes through her watercolor sketches. Her artistic universe is made up of intimate, symbolic still lifes and hushed, feminine atmospheres, inviting us to reflect on human relationships and the future of our planet.
