Presles' farm has been passed down from father to son for generations. Nathaël Reboullet and his partner Audrey have taken up the torch and produce tasty goat's milk cheeses, PDO picodons made in the ancestral tradition. Nathaël and Audrey also produce: picotins, sweet curd, fourme, cheekbones, vivarais. All these delicious AB certified cheeses can be found at fairs in the region, at the Lamastre market but also in various shops in Lamastre, Valence, Grenoble and even Paris.
