In the heart of a vineyard, this 18th century Cevennes farmhouse, to which the Virginia creeper gives a bit of freshness, is home to a 3-star inn-hotel and gourmet table bearing the Goûtez l'Ardèche label. The terrace allows unforgettable meals in the shade of the hundred-year-old mulberry tree. In the vaulted room of the restaurant, you can savour a home-made terrine cooked over a wood fire, a fillet of whiting with broccoli cream, a fillet of duck roasted with Ardèche parsnips. To stay, you have spacious, air-conditioned rooms with a great cachet.

cuisine sans aucune originalite ni finesse ,cheveux trouvés dans le gratin ! 3 cafés commandés 4 payés bref ne vaut pas le déplacement
