Mathieu Pagnault offers all year round "à la carte" and seasonal activities from mid-May to the end of September for water hikes, depending on demand and water level. Knowing how to swim (+7 years old), wearing sneakers and socks, hiking shoes if necessary, backpack, with extra gear, and here you are ready to go, in a small group of 10 people or a family, in Mathieu's steps. Experienced for about ten years, with the certificate of State accompanist in assembly, native of the Ardèche (Vals), he knows the region like the back of his hand: Duzon, Dunière, the circuits differ according to the public, the weather, the difficulty of the chosen places and the aptitude of each one. Mathieu has learned to adapt safely. For meditative hikes, natural obstacles (water, rocks, gradients or other) are sometimes a challenge. Mathieu accompanies these relaxing steps and teaches you to discover yourself better.
