Today, the mining complex still contains almost all the infrastructure used between 1922 and 1943.

The Jean le Mineur collection illustrates the evolution of mining techniques throughout the 20th century. Visit the reconstructed mine galleries, showing the evolution of support equipment. The hot room, with its display of small tools, and a life-size kitchen reconstituted as it was in the mines of the 1930s. An exhibition recounts the history of coal at the Noyant mine. Eugène Freyssinet designed the mine buildings and headframe. The site has been awarded the "Ensemble industriel remarquable du patrimoine aurhalpin" label.
