A remarkable bird park in Villars, one of the largest in Europe, to discover birds from all over the world.
In the heart of the Dombes region, on a 35-hectare nature reserve, the Parc des Oiseaux was created in 1970. In this enchanting setting, visitors raise their eyes to the sky to admire nearly 3,000 birds of over 600 species from every continent. In large aviaries, explosions of song and color amaze young and old alike. Don't miss: the Bird Show, the loris aviary with your nectar-filled cup, or the panoramic tower. Numerous events, including the Musicales in September.

des oiseaux de toutes les couleurs dans un environnement très bien reconstitué plaçant chaque volatile dans son écosystème. Des contacts directs avec certains oiseaux et un spectacle captivant est proposé plusieurs fois par jour.
A ne pas rater.
J'ai été agréable surpris par l’évolution de ce parc , le spectacle des oiseaux est magnifique , la tour d'observation est intéressante
les animaux sont présentés dans un environnement agréable ( sauf pour les colibris ou il me semble trop petit )

Tout est aménagé afin que vous preniez votre temps la journée, vous pourrez pique-niquer, sinon vous aurez du choix sur place pour déjeuner.

Downside: some of the cages are really too small for the residents. + a little expensive!!
Favourite: the aviary loris! Small adorable parrots, they come with you to consume nectar in a goblet that you book, buy at the entrance. Moment of happiness, to be " squattée" by these birds, which enjoyed my long hair much… Very good moment!
