In a chic bistro setting or on the shady terrace, come and enjoy Dominique's original, meticulously-prepared cuisine using seasonal produce. Today's menu includes warm focaccia with parsley and herbs, served with hummus, tomatoes and mature Vendée ham. Guinea fowl supreme with jus court, onion confit with smoked paprika and pommes mitraille. Sablé breton, strawberry confit with vanilla fromage blanc mousse. Pair with one of their producer's favorite white, rosé or red wines. Sophie takes care of everything in the dining room.
