Guinea fowl supreme with jus court, onion confit with smoked paprika and pommes mitraille. Sablé breton, strawberry confit with vanilla fromage blanc mousse. Pair with one of their producer's favorite white, rosé or red wines. Sophie takes care of everything in the dining room.
