A beautiful house on the banks of the Saône, opening its shaded terrace slightly overhanging the river and the towpath where you can stroll after your meal. Happiness is to be found at the Restaurant du Pont, on the border of the Ain and the Rhône. Held since 1912, 4 generations, by the Verchère family, this address ensures tasty meals. Jean-Luc is in charge of the kitchen and his wife Béatrice is in charge of the dining room. On the menu, the unavoidable fresh frogs with cream or parsley, the fresh fried fish from Saône or the chicken with cream and morels.

Pour un menu a 36 euros entree palt fromage dessert : tout est bon, beau copieux. Grenouilles delicieuses, friture ou carré d'agneau : très bon. Jusqu'au dessert qui sont tres bien présentés. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé le lieu auprès de la soane, service impec . Vraiment très belle découverte. Vaut mieux réserver. Chien admis et chouchouté aussi

Cadre superbe en bordure de la Saône. Magnifique terrasse,excellente cuisine, très bon service malgré le monde..À refaire avec plaisir.
