Restaurant with terrace in Moulins, offering menus based on local and seasonal produce.

Located on the first floor of the CNCS, this refined, convivial restaurant was decorated by Christian Lacroix, and features some thirty chandeliers in shades of red and crystal pendants. For lunch, a choice of formulas is available. The products are local and the recipes well-balanced, seasonal and local, like the traditional potato pâté with farmhouse cream and seasoned baby greens. The perfect place for an afternoon gourmet break! Reception room and terrace. Top staff and service.

The people were nice but I ordered the croque monsieur and as I started eating it the middle was completely frozen, cold to the touch. All they did was replace the same dish when we complained and then with the knowledge of it being frozen already, the bread was over done and way too mushy and gross. It was just a gross experience and made me lose my appetite.
