Every week, you'll be delighted by their à la carte suggestions: skate, fillet of sea bass, Breton lobster chosen on the spot and cooked to order with top-of-the-range olive oil from Les Baux-de-Provence, aioli or mayonnaise. Desserts include four-spice pineapple carpaccio and cappuccino-flavored tiramisu.
