Christian, a specialist in fresh fish in France, has opened with Christophe, a food trader, an original establishment offering fish, shellfish and crustaceans, with a shucking bench and a vivarium also serving as a bistro and takeaway. Every week, you'll be delighted by their à la carte suggestions: skate, fillet of sea bass, Breton lobster chosen on the spot and cooked to order with top-of-the-range olive oil from Les Baux-de-Provence, aioli or mayonnaise. Desserts include four-spice pineapple carpaccio and cappuccino-flavored tiramisu.
