This beautiful gourmet house at the gates of Mâcon offers the exoticism of a Zuber tapestry, but also a naturally shaded terrace. La Huchette combines a starred restaurant and a charming hotel. The chef Didier Goiffon offers a very original gastronomic cuisine. Among the racy and tasty dishes to be savored, a well grilled farmhouse calf sweetbread, a Bouilla-Bresse or a Poire tapée with morels and Savagnin. Capucine's Bresse poultry is the star. Beautiful wine list, especially biodynamic, by Sandra Goiffon.
