AU COCHON ROUGE
House of character in Pont-de-Vaux preparing a home-made cooking with good products and mussels on Friday evening.
A house of character that announces its color by displaying pigs on its façade and, in the dining room, large paintings with lots of pigs on them. This address, with its terrace, is as much a bistro as a Lyonnais bouchon, with its large tables enlivened for 20 years by Eric Alonso's good humor, highlighting good products in homemade cuisine. On the menu: frogs persillade with gaude flour, calf's head with gribiche sauce and the famous Mix Grill. The daily menu is a real bargain. Mussels marinière fried every evening.
