Restaurant which must be discovered by all the gourmets, proposing the best local products at the rhythm of the seasons in Poncin.

The Ain in all its greediness. The chef Jérôme Busset - originally from Burgundy, who has worked at some of the best restaurants in Lyon and at the Auberge de l'Abbaye d'Ivan Lavaux - has set up shop in the heart of Poncin in an unusual and charming place. In this cellar which accommodates no more than fifteen covers, the Aintimiste which bears its name well, but which must be discovered by all the gourmets. The chef cooks the best local products according to the seasons. Creativity, personality with superb plates. Wine list in harmony. A favorite.
