A gold star for the Fromagerie Michelin. The tradition of the family of cheesemakers of the Haut-Doubs is perpetuated by Céline Conde and her team, who are just as passionate: meeting the producers, visiting the farms in search of the best cheeses of our land before maturing them, if necessary, in her cellars. A selection (depending on the season) of about 350 cheeses, from the most famous to the most original, to surprise us at each visit. Everyone has the right to enjoy the best cheeses, as long as they know the Michelin Cheese Factory!

Très bonne fromagerie avec plein de choix différents. Il y a des produits régionaux tel que de la confiture et liqueurs.
Juste derrière il y a un restaurant mais il faut réserver au moins une semaine avant pour avoir une chance d'avoir de la place.
