A gold star for the Fromagerie Michelin. The tradition of the family of cheesemakers of the Haut-Doubs is perpetuated by Céline Conde and her team, who are just as passionate: meeting the producers, visiting the farms in search of the best cheeses of our land before maturing them, if necessary, in her cellars. A selection (depending on the season) of about 350 cheeses, from the most famous to the most original, to surprise us at each visit. Everyone has the right to enjoy the best cheeses, as long as they know the Michelin Cheese Factory!
