LA MAISON DE VINCENT

Vincent and his team make wonderful fruit pastes from Auvergne with 100% of the fruit mentioned. They are natural and colorless, available in different flavors, raspberry, blueberry, pear, passion, among others. They are made from ripe fruit purees that give them the good taste of fruit without having to add an overdose of sugar. The cooking is done the old-fashioned way, in small containers and over low heat, under the eye of the confectioner, then poured on marble in frames. Once cut, they are then hand wrapped in sugar and dried for a longer or shorter period depending on the fruit used. You will find them in good retailers from Chalon-sur-Saône, Mâcon, Lyon and its surroundings, via Roanne, Le Puy-en-Velay, Moulins, Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, Aux Caprices de Milly in Lapalisse, and the delicatessen Au Fin Palais and Appar'Thé in Vichy.
