This passionate hotel-restaurant couple is breathing new life into this exceptional site at the foot of the Jura mountains and facing the Mont-Blanc range. A haven of peace for a relaxing, gourmet stay. The chef uses the finest local produce - vegetables, fruit, peaches, game in season - in dishes with hints of home and abroad.
