What hasn't changed is the beautiful, large building with its front terrace, partly covered, and well renovated rooms. If the quality of the cuisine and the Bresse specialties - fresh frogs marbled with Bresse butter, Bresse chicken with Bresse cream, not forgetting the chef's famous terrine and the Norwegian omelet flambéed with rum - are still in the spotlight, it is now with Caroline in the dining room and Christophe in the kitchen. In the heart of Bresse, a charming house that delights us in a refined setting.
