GAEC DES GORGES DE LA SIOULE

Located in the Combrailles region, high above the Sioule gorges at Marcillat in the Puy-de-Dôme, GAEC des Gorges de la Sioule is a farm specializing in sustainable Charolais cattle breeding. The animals are reared and fed on the farm with fodder and cereals produced on the premises. In particular, the GAEC offers frozen minced steaks made from 100% of the animal's muscles, including noble cuts such as fillet and rump steak.
