A fun, interactive tour with a variety of media and animations
The Maison de la Combraille is a showcase for the Combraille region. The tour begins with the creation of the Combraille relief, and continues with its construction through natural environments, flora and fauna, the appearance of man, his habitat, his way of life and the buildings he has constructed. The presence of various media and animations (screens with films and 3D animations, models, touch panels, quizzes, a cabinet of curiosities, etc.) makes the visit fun and interactive for all ages. A place of discovery, learning and play, you're invited to follow its mascot! The Maison de la Combraille has been awarded the national "Tourisme & Handicap" label for its efforts to welcome and provide access to disabled visitors (motor and mental disabilities).
