This peaceful guesthouse with a young and friendly atmosphere is mainly the home of Christel and Frédéric Rouet, a business farmer. Apart from everything, there is no risk of falling by chance! In this late spring, the escape is superb. After wandering through the cherry orchards, you climb and change your universe. You first discover a large parking lot, then a garden terrace that craquer you: flowers everywhere and trees, two-foot linden, walnut, fig-fig, fig-roses… In this place, which also reserves some rooms, the Cartagena kitchen, which is very ingrained in the country, is eaten either in a dining room which has kept its terracotta soil, its antique furniture and objects - to its beautiful well - either on the terrace in the shade of the magnificent linden. aroma of honey. On the plate, no refrain of local cooking, but dishes like our grandmothers did: after a wine of walnut, cherry, peach or sureau as an aperitif, you will be offered a unique menu that changes every week. You will regale salad and tian of eggplant to pesto, stuffed, aioli, pig paupiettes sauce squid, clafoutis, crunchy chocolate cherry… the tout of a wine from the nearby cellar. I would like to say that the hotel is very nice and it is very nice.

Je recommande vivement cette auberge "mignonette" dans ce magnifique petit coin de Provence où règne une ambiance apaisante, chaleureuse, familiale...
Bref lorsqu'on se pose à la terrasse, le temps s'arrête, on y savoure de bons plats provinciaux, fait maison le tout au son des cigales. Tout est parfait !
