The vineyards of Château Saint-Pons are located on the hill of the Puits. The estate extends over 9 hectares of hillsides. The grape varieties are typical of the Ventoux appellation: grenache, syrah, cinsault, carignan, mourvèdre, clairette, roussanne. The castle's motto, "Ex uva vinum" (wine is first of all grapes), underlines the care taken here in the vineyard: working the soil, short pruning, disbudding, hand-picking.
