Very spacious residence offering perfectly equipped suites in Vedene.
This residence has the benefits: near Avignon, on a splendid golf dominated by Mont Ventoux, in an exceptional green setting. The apartments and suites are very spacious, perfectly equipped with kitchenette, some have even a view of the golf course! And for 2015, the renovation of the bathrooms is under way. Several stays in one: The athletes will enjoy the golf course, the relax will choose to relax at the swimming pool, while the gourmets will enjoy a gastronomic break at "The Table du Golf", whose terrace is ideally located opposite the practice. When we arrived at 3pm on a very cold day to check in, the reception was closed (sign on door said it was open from 2pm). We had to wait until 4pm to check in. No explanation was given but we were offered free breakfast as compensation. However when we arrived for breakfast at 8 the following morning, the room was full and there was almost no food left, so we didn't get our free breakfast.
Although the apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished, it needs maintenance. Two out of the three lights in the living room didn't work. Neither did the TV in the living room, however not a problem as the TV in the bedroom did work. Great bathroom with plenty of hot water. The views out over the garden from both the living room and bedroom were great. Overall the apartment was very good value for money but maintenance and staffing both need attention. We're booked for our return trip at the end of the month so the faults I have mentioned didn't cause too many problems.

Je suis arrivé pour prendre une chambre pour 2 personnes, soi disant que c'était complet pour 2.
J'ai demandé à voir pour 4 personnes, pas possible.
L'accueil est déplorable.
J'ai pu avoir une chambre par un particulier dans le complexe.
J'ai donc pris le petit déjeuner copieux.
J'ai voulu avoir une facture pas possible car la personne à l'accueil n'a pas la main sur l'ordinateur mais à la main pour dire complet pour 2 personnes.
C'est dommage car le cadre extérieur est magnifique.
J'ai demandé à voir pour 4 personnes, pas possible.

Nous sommes navrés que vous ayez vécu une mauvaise expérience au sein de notre résidence. Néanmoins, les faits énoncés ne sont pas tout à fait corrects. En effet, nous n'avions plus d'appartements 2 personnes ce soir la, nous vous avons donc proposé une typologie plus grande (4 personnes). En effet, si vous souhaitez une typologie de chambre en particulier, nous vous conseillons de réserver à l'avance sur notre site.
Suite à votre demande de visiter l'appartement avant de le réserver, notre réceptionniste vous a expliqué qu'il ne pouvait pas laisser la réception sans personne, et qu'il ne pourrait donc pas accéder à votre demande.
Pour finir, suite à votre demande de facture pour votre petit-déjeuner, notre réceptionniste vous a expliqué qu'il n'était pas en capacité d'éditer une facture pour une vente pareille puisque vous n'aviez pas séjourné via notre site mais via un particulier. La manipulation est donc totalement différente de celle à réaliser afin de connaitre la disponibilité de nos appartements. Pour information, la facture vous a été envoyée le lundi qui suit.
