For five days, Valréas celebrates lavender with a flower parade and the intoxicating scent of lavender!
The first weekend in August, lavender is celebrated in Valréas. We are delighted with the programme of this flowery corso: parade of floats, brass band, folklore groups, majorettes, Miss Corso and distribution of lavender bouquets by the Comtadines de l'Enclave. And all this in an intoxicating lavender scent diffused during the corso parade and for 5 days! But it's not all lavender! You can also discover many local products and wines, including a wide range of Côtes-du-Rhône-villages that the local winegrowers will be happy to make you taste!
