Small bistro. Provencal cuisine, traditional French, made with fresh and seasonal products.

Very early in the morning, it's the place where companies come and go, and on Tuesday mornings, market day, it's the place where peddlers come and go. It's a little bistro where you can meet up with friends or sit out on the terrace to enjoy the Vaison atmosphere. Sylvia and Patrick welcome you and Patrick is in charge of the kitchen. He offers traditional Provencal cuisine, always of the highest quality, using fresh seasonal produce. He can also recommend the local wine to accompany your meal. Make a reservation.

Rien à dire, produit de qualité et tout fait maison. Je recommande la Croustillant d'orient en entrée et pour les amateurs de plat du terroir, l'andouillette un vrai régal. Signé "Vincent" Le chef me reconnaîtra.

Super endroit, terrasse super agréable, un mardi soir au calme et a bonne température.
On sent que les plats sont fait maison, le simple steak au poivre vous donne l'impression d un plat haute gastronomie avec un écrasé de pomme de terre qui a du goût, pour un tarif très intéressant.
Franchement une très agréable surprise, chapeau le Bistroquet!!!
