Restaurant offering a cuisine that favours fresh and seasonal products, accompanied by a wine list.
In 2019, Amandine and Jérôme took over the Oil Mill located at the foot of the medieval city. Both in the kitchen, they work with fresh, seasonal products from short circuits. A rich wine list of local wines but also of the whole of France is proposed. Le Petit Futé has tested the "Comte de Provence" lamb pastilla with sweet spices, the risotto of small spelt from Sault with green asparagus from Provence.

Le repas, servi à notre rythme, a été absolument délicieux, de l'entrée au dessert. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par une explosion de saveurs, une texture moelleuse et savoureuse. Les vins accompagnant les mets se sont révélés succulents. Ce fut un réel moment de bonheur et de douceur...
Nous recommandons vivement et chaleureusement le restaurant "le moulin de l'huile "à Vaison la Romaine, qui est, sans aucun doute, l'un des meilleurs restaurants que nous ayons découvert. Bravo au chef et à son personnel !
