A sunny location, facing the Gallo-Roman ruins of the Villasse district on one side of Puymin on the other, the Auguet restaurant is already starting off on the right foot of the well-located establishment. Serge, a restaurateur with 40 years of experience, offers traditional, generous dishes made with fresh produce. A variety of authentic dishes make up the menu. You will enjoy a tastefully designed menu: Italian salad, entrecote a la plancha, duck leg lacquered with honey and ginger, monkfish and prawns brochette.

De passage à Vaison la Romaine nous nous sommes arrêtés au restaurant Auguet et n'avons pas été déçus. Accueil chaleureux, cuisine excellente de l'entrée au dessert. Je recommande.

Excellent endroit et ce fut une belle surprise de le découvrir ! Plats succulents et très bien préparés.
A refaire et surtout à ne pas oublier l’endroit lorsqu’on passe à Vaison.
