The estate, a former ^12th-century convent, extends over 36 hectares, 25 of which are cultivated with vines, the rest being forest and garrigue. Guy Jullien and his son Thomas produce organically grown wines in three colors: AOC Beaumes-de-Venise red, with good ageing potential; Côtes-du-Rhône red and white; and Côtes-du-Ventoux red and rosé. Reservations are recommended for wine tastings. Take the opportunity to visit the picturesque village of Suzette.

Located in the town of Suzette, Domaine Saint Amant is a winery offering a selection of red, white and special cuvées. The wines are produced from grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Viognier. At an altitude of 500 meters, the estate benefits from a cool climate and terroirs of Triassic marl and limestone. Domaine Saint Amant wines are renowned for their purity, elegance and expression of the high altitude terroir. The estate also offers tours and tastings by appointment.

Its name comes from the Latin redortor or fortress. These winegrowers offer Vins de Pays de Vaucluse in red and rosé, Côtes de Ventoux in red only, Côtes du Rhône in red (which is very pleasant), white and rosé, cru de Beaumes de Venise and Gigondas. The harvest is manual and traditional. The vines are planted on a sloping ground. They can be discovered thanks to a discovery path that goes from the vineyards to the forest. It is another way to discover this wine-growing landscape. Don't miss the cellar, the wines are very often awarded.
