Yuko who holds this sign is originally from Tokyo; she worked in great restaurants before settling in France. Her sushi, sashimi, makis and onigiris are absolutely divine. It's fresh, it's beautiful, it's made according to the rules of art and frankly it's worth the detour if you're fond of Japanese flavours. The little advantage of this place is that you can even sit down and enjoy a good dish of the day, inside or outside on the small terrace if the weather is nice.
