In Saint-Christol, you can visit the Bellimure goat's cheese factory!

Laurent Chabanon, Anne and Marc Furrasola produce raw goat's milk dairy products at La Bellimure. It's a great experience for children to get up close to the goats and understand how the quality milk produced on the farm gives the famous Banon PDO cheese. The whole production chain is explained. Gourmet! Don't leave without a small round cheese made from whole raw milk, yoghurts or goat's milk faisselles. You can also find them at the Saint-Saturnin les Apt market on Tuesday mornings.
