Jean-Marc and Wendy Gobbi, the new owners, have restored this fortified 12th-century Benedictine priory to its former glory by developing the 13-hectare vineyard. The wines - which have won medals at competitions in San Francisco and Houston - come in powerful reds, lively rosés and delicate whites. Honey, olive oil and lavender are available on site.
