LE CHTI CABRI
Good organic farmhouse cheeses from Poitevin goats and Jersey and Tarantaise cows, as well as fine quality eggs.
Antoine raises organically-farmed Poitevin goats on 13 hectares of pasture. The milk produced is transformed into cheeses and yoghurts from February to December. Three Jersey cows produce delicious whole-milk plain or fruit yoghurts from spring onwards, as well as cheeses, butter and raw milk. The hens are raised outdoors in mobile hen houses that are regularly moved like pens, providing them with fresh grass, essential to their well-being and the quality of their eggs. Market presence.
