Since Christophe Pulizzi took over the kitchens of the Hotel Sevan restaurant, we can only recommend that you sit down at the Olivier. This young chef innovates in every way, in the flavors, in the presentation of his plates and in the proposal to make you discover his creativity if you choose the blind tasting menu with food and wine pairing.
