In the Pays d'Aix region, they've been the talk of the town since 2017. Romain and Rany, the bearded couple, advocate eating and drinking well. Rany cooks ultra-fresh produce direct from the farm. The recipes are original and highlight the flavors of the fish and meats, which are cooked with particular care. The menu is short, with a lunchtime suggestion that changes daily: everything is made on the spot, from the sauce bases to the ice creams, a guarantee of flavors! Their favorite wines are available by the glass, as is a wine list featuring wines from the region (and beyond).
