In a sumptuous setting, in the dining room or on the terrace, Le Blason du Provence will introduce you to tasty traditional Provencal cuisine. The chef's choices are based on fresh, local produce, with, of course, a selection of Monteux truffles. Salmon gravlax, snail cassolette for starters... Charolais beef rib or Royans ravioli with morels... And to finish, we recommend the Mont Ventoux Cup, to be enjoyed on the terrace in the shade of the plane trees. The wine cellar is up to the task.
