A cuisine with the seasons proposed à la carte in a beautiful place in Mondragon.
The chef proposes a cuisine that follows the seasons. In winter, the main product is the black truffle(tuber melanosporum). He has a passion for this mushroom which was born in his land in Richerenches! It is thus a beautiful place to be initiated with this very particular mushroom because you will be able to choose a dish where it is more or less present. The rest of the menu is just as tempting, and gives pride of place to regional and seasonal products. Finally, the wine list is full of nice surprises... So listen to the chef's advice and let yourself be carried away!

Le Restaurant vaut le détour. Tradition de cuisine française, belle salle accueillante lumineuse et reposante, emplacement verdoyant et ombragé . Très bon accueil, avec de la qualité dans l'assiette, à un prix honnête. Un très grand choix de vins.

We zijn hier in de zomer van 2023 heel even geweest voor een tussenstop, maar het personeel was super onvriendelijk dus we zijn heel snel weer vertrokken zonder iets te eten of drinken.

Restaurant recommandé par des amis, et essayé une fois, ce sera la seule. Très vieillot, chaises inconfortables, déco inexistante, cuisine banale. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
