They had a very nice garden. But then it didn't get much better. We had booked a table and were placed in front of the fire and ordered a glass of champagne. Then we were "forgotten" for an hour and finally had to ask if our table was free. They then made a table ready for us. After dinner we were told that we had been given lower priority because they had received more hotel guests. Poor communication and service even though the waitress was nice.
”Today's starter”, which we wanted to have, had of course run out because we were the last to enter an hour after our booked time.
The food was unfortunately nothing special.
Was compensated with a free drink.

Habitués des hôtels du groupe, je suis déçue de celui ci. La bâtisse est trop proche de la route. Les chambres sont très bien, mais pas à la hauteur (pas de bouilloire, tasses trop petites pour le café, mini bar non inclus avec des boissons classiques - on pourrait attendre des bons jus de fruits locaux bio, bière idem, non, c'est MinuteMaid et 1664) - peignoirs troués, système de fermeture des portes avec la même clef trop compliqué...
Le service au restaurant idem, difficile... si on ne réclame pas on ne nous propose pas de vin ! 2x pour qu'on cale la table, plats froids...
Bref, oui, déçue !

Hôtel sublime, confidentiel, chaleureux mais tellement chic. Grand confort, déco très bien pensée. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente à la fois à la maison mais aussi de vrais privilégiés. Nous étions en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants + 1 chien) et la suite était parfaitement adaptée. La table est à la hauteur de l’endroit avec des mets raffinés mais sans chichi. Les vins du domaine s’accordent parfaitement avec les produits du terroir. Toujours ce bel équilibre entre luxe et chaleur, presque familiale.
Et une mention spéciale à l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, tout était fait pour que nous nous sentions à l’aise et que le séjour reste inoubliable.
Cela fait longtemps que nous n’avions pas fréquenté un établissement sans faute.
Un réveillon comme nous en rêvions. Merci, nous reviendrons.
